Dear BlackVue Cloud and Fleet Tracking users,
BlackVue Fleet Tracking is in the process of being rebranded as Fleeta, a simple BlackVue dashcam-based fleet tracking service.

Web Viewer to become Fleet Plan exclusive

As part of this rebranding, the current BlackVue Web Viewer currently accessible by logging in at blackvuecloud.com will move under the Fleeta umbrella. As such, it will be exclusively available to Fleeta users.

The BlackVue Web Viewer will be accessible to Free, Lite and Smart Plan users until the end of February 2025.
After that date, all the Cloud features will still be available to Free, Lite and Smart Plan users via the BlackVue App.
Meanwhile, a new Fleeta App will roll out exclusively for Fleet Plan users.

We will share more details soon, including special offers for current users looking to upgrade to a Fleet Plan at a reduced price starting from early December.

No change for the SD Card Viewer (Window/Mac)

Please note that this does not affect the BlackVue SD Card Viewer for Windows and MacOS.
The SD Card Viewer will continue to be available via the BlackVue Downloads page to all users.
